Voxipo is an AI voice agent platform built by Blitzgo AI. When a customer calls a business, our AI agent handles the conversation in real time — answering questions, booking appointments, taking messages, or routing to a human. It sounds natural, responds instantly, and works 24/7.

SMBs use Voxipo to never miss a call (even after hours), automatically call back missed customers, let an AI assistant handle common inquiries, and run outbound calling campaigns to leads. To prevent misuse, we require SMS verification of your originating number before we accept conditional call forwarding from it.

How It Works

Step 1 — Verify Your Originating Number (Required, one-time)

Before we accept conditional call forwarding from a number, we verify you own it. This prevents misuse — someone can't forward another business's calls through our platform.

Enter your business phone number in the Voxipo dashboard.
We send an SMS with a 6-digit code to that number.
Enter the code back — confirming you control the phone.
Your number is approved. This is a one-time setup; no further SMS are sent after verification.

Step 2 — Pick a Callback Number

Choose a number from our platform that will appear as caller ID when we call your customers back.

Step 3 — Missed-Call Callback Flow

Once set up, every missed call is handled automatically:

A customer calls your business. No answer — the call forwards to our platform.
We note the missed call and, after a short delay, call the customer back.
The customer sees your callback number on their caller ID.
Your AI agent answers naturally — handling questions, booking appointments, or taking messages.
